4th,,5th,,6th,,

huhu,,aku yang malas nk update,,soory....tenet asyik tak clear,,

4th week.
itis my first tym jumper fisio..after sbln aku est kat rmh..yela,,tym tu fisio tak ckp,aku start ngan my fisio..
at da 1st meet ngan cik fisio..i just can bend 50 deg,,yap it is too little,,kene ukur diameter hamstring,patela n my calf..
aku kene banyak belaja bend n kuatkan otot quad
wat i have to do
1.static quad
2.assisted knee bending
3.straight leg raise
4.heel raise
5.1/3 squad
6.step up n down..

after aku wat exercise,,aku leh bend 90 deg,,alhamdulillah,,yang pastu tugas aku plak wat exercise kat rmh..

5th week

dis week i drive myself pergi fisio,,basically it is da same..but aku tambah ngan cycling 2 min rpm stable sampai 70 rpm,,then luruskan kaki,,aku smbung buat kat rmh,,

6th week
dis week i do 3 tyms per week,,yap kuat skit,,yang mcm doc suruh,,starting dis week aku buat hydroteraphy.,,suhu kolam dalam 33 c,,mcm uhu bdn kita,,act it is to improve the blood circulation..tambahan,,yap dalam kolam kita akan add strengthening,,yap lawan current air and buyoncy air,erm,,the result kaki leh bend 126 deg n muscl power increase,,aku plak pinjam bycle kat rmh,,yap 20 min,2x sehari,,
